CG Motors has officially inaugurated the new AION flagship showroom in Thapathali, Kathmandu, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward smarter, cleaner, and more premium electric mobility in Nepal. The showroom was officially inaugurated by Managing Director of CG Motors Nirvana Chaudhary, along with representative from GAC International and GAC AION, Mr. Raymon Wong.
Speaking on the occasion, CG Motors stated that the inauguration represents more than just the opening of a showroom — it marks the beginning of a renewed journey toward smarter, cleaner, and more premium mobility in Nepal. With the launch of the AION flagship showroom, CG Motors aims to strengthen its presence in Nepal’s growing EV market by offering customers advanced electric vehicles, a premium brand experience, and enhanced after-sales and charging support.
Widely recognized not only in China but also across global markets, AION’s SUVs has been in the Nepali market for a timebeing and have blended with modern design, safety, innovation, and comfort. The AION V is a premium and powerful electric SUV designed to deliver an extended driving range. Equipped with a 75.3 kWh battery, the luxury variant offers a driving range of up to 650 km (NEDC). The vehicle features a 100 kW motor, 240 Nm maximum torque, and 185 mm ground clearance, making it suitable for both urban and long-distance driving.
